Dave was fantastic! Contacted him in the morning and our boiler was fixed in the afternoon! Great service! Would definitely recommend & use again in the future.
Excellent service will be using again
Really nice guy, really tidy and did a great job definitely
David is super friendly and we would highly recommend this service. We’ve had a few jobs with them as we’ve recently moved into a new home. Every job has been completed to the highest standard. He was very helpful and always left a tidy workspace. Will definitely use them for future jobs.
Thank you again – Katy.
Great communication with quick responses.
Friendly, professional service to disconnect, remove an old dual fuel oven and connect up a new one. In addition, extended gas pipe and fitted to the wall to fit new gas regulations.
Very satisfied, would definitely recommend 👍
Excellent service very friendly checked my gas cooker out would highly recommend
Excellent service very professional and reasonably priced too would definitely recommend thanks
I’d highly recommend Dave. Really quick to respond to calls and messages. Came out the next day at a time to suit us. Very thorough and clearly knows his trade well. Fixed a gas leak we weren’t aware of before installing and checking over a second hand huge rangemaster we had bought. Triple checked everything. The appliance does have an issue which will hopefully be resolved with a deep clean by specialists, however Dave is on stand by to source the part and fit it should it be necessary. Charged 30% less than others we contacted over the same job. Amazing polite and professional service for considerably less than expected. Many thanks!!
Really delighted with the work completed by Green Planet on my gas boiler and gas fires. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
Green Planet were fantastic. Arrived on time and a swift, effective service was carried out. Friendly, courteous and knowledgable engineer. Would definitely recommend!!
Great job from Dave – really fast, efficient, clean and friendly.
Would recommend to anyone in an emergency or for any other job. Will definitely use again for all our plumbing needs.
Thanks Dave!
Contacted Green Planet on a Sunday afternoon to report boiler breakdown. Came to my property the next day, friendly, polite service. Great communication on when they could come and when they were on the way. Repaired my boiler no problem and even stayed to complete a service on our system which I asked for last minute. Ive now saved phone number in my phone as ‘reliable plumber’, will be using from now on and have already passed contact details to family and friends. Thank you Dave 👍🏼😊
Friendly reliable and knows his stuff. Can’t recommend Dave at Green Planet enough 👌🏼
David carried out the replacement of my lounge radiator to a very good standard and i highly recommend Green Planet Heating Solutions.
Friendly,Honest and a pleasure to do business with.
Dave fitted a new boiler for us a very neat and tidy job would highly recommend.
We had a new combi boiler fitted and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better company to do the job. The work was very tidy and we are more than happy with the end result. After a real long day grafting, Dave also took great attention to detail in showing me how to work all the features on the new boiler which was a nice touch. We are more than happy to throw our new bathroom renovation job his way in the coming months.
Thanks again
David was friendly, efficient and considerate prior, during and post having works done. I will definitely be using his services again. It was also helpful to have his advice on next steps for the type of boiler I could have fitted in the near future, and on the other services he offers. I highly recommend! Thanks David : )
3rd time I’ve used Green Planet Solutions and always find the service first rate. Small things like getting a call when he’s on route, really set him apart from other traders out there. Always found the job been done is excellent, can’t recommend highly enough.
David was very knowledgeable about Hive systems and explained how everything worked during consultation. Once appointed, the communication was great throughout and he installed the system on the date stated, with no fuss, and the system works great. I will be using David again for all heating services. Thank you.
As a single female it is always daunting calling out tradesmen to sort an issue you know nothing about. Cant recommend Dave and Green Planet Heating Soultions high enough. Honest, reliable, fair price, knows his trade inside out, explained the issue in layman terms, got my boiler fixed and heating back up and running. An all round salt of the earth canny bloke. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I found Dave very pleasant to deal with. He kept to the agreed date and time and completed the job to my total satisfaction. Graham Newcastle City centre
